We ship to all 50 states and PR. We will NOT ship International!
Average Handling Time
Your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours after payment is confirmed EXCEPT for cabinets. Cabinet orders may take up to 4 days to process since we inspect each cabinet by hand to make sure they stand up to our high quality standards.
Default Shipping Method
- UPS Ground (1-6 days).
Alternatives (Faster) Shipping Method
- UPS Three-Day Select (3 days).
- *We will use UPS Ground shipping in cases where UPS Ground offers the same or less transit time than 3-Day Select.
Transit Time and Delays
Avant-Garde Living is not responsible for the transit time during shipping. The estimated shipping time given is that of the selected service offered by the shipping company. Sometimes the carrier will delay a shipment. This is not something that we can control.
- Please provide us with an accurate shipping address.
- We are not responsible for deliveries to an incorrect address.
- We are not responsible for item left at your front door.
- Check your package before signing it, refuse the package if it looks like it was damage by shipper!!!
Due to the nature of our online site, and the products listed, all product sold at avantgardeliving.com are FINAL. If the item is defective upon arrival, buyer must contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. The defective product will be replaced with another of equal or greater value. If replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items opened, used, or damaged due to improper usage are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

By default, avantgardeliving.com only collects sales tax for sales orders with CA destination. The default tax rate is 9.75% according to Alameda County sales tax. For all our valued customers, if you live in California, you don't have to worry about reporting your internet purchase to the IRS. However, if you do not live in California, and the state you reside in requires you to pay sales tax for purchases over the internet, then it is your responsibility to report your purchase to your tax agency and pay the applicable tax.
